Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away...

As I wrote my weekly goals linkup I was really in a low place. Click back one to read that. I don't want to relive it.

So I bought one of Jillian Michaels books on my kindle and started reading. I'm the type of person that in order to stick with something, I literally have to eat, breathe, and sleep whatever I'm doing. In Jillian's book she said we need to think about our long term goals and write them down. Imagine exactly what you are going to look like, what you are going to wear, and how you are going to act.

Long Term Goals

I will weight 150 pounds.
I will be tan with dark hair. I won't be tired everyday so I'll get up and do my hair and makeup everyday. I will wear cute clothes in NORMAL sizes.
I wqill have awesome legs and be happy. I will have a tiny waist and good booty.
I will run 3 miles for fun daily and do it easily. Kennedy and I will play outside for hours.
I will be happy. I won't worry about what I look like and whether people are judging me for what I'm eating.

The past DOES not define you; your present does.

Jillian talks about anytime you are down or thinking about going off the wagon, think about your long term goals and how you are going to get there. My long term goals are a ways off in my future so I'm also setting my July goals to break it down by month.

July Goals
1. I will complete 30 days of the 30 day shred.
2. I will be able to run a half-mile without stopping.
3. I will learn 5 healthy new recipes.
4. I will not eat fast food.
5. I will drink 8-10 cups of water a day.
6. I will NOT drink my calories.

There is no time like the present. I know that I have screwed up over and over again, but I need to suck it up, stop feeling sorry for myself, and instead kick my rear everyday!!!

Let's go friends!
