Goal One:
     Workout 3 times a week

      No carbs after lunch

10 week Challenge

I'm linking up with Operation Skinny Jeans for her 10 week challenge. Our first task was to take a picture of the inside of our fridge. 
So there ya go! It makes me sad because that is totally a hot mess!!

So now for my goals. In 10 weeks I want to:
      * Be under 200 lbs
      * Workout at least 4 days a week
     * Do one non-diet related thing that makes me feel better about myself.

Half Donkey

First my two goals last week were: do my hair every day and eat breakfast every day. I did fix my hair every day last week so Two Thumbs Up there!!! Now onto breakfast.. I was doing SOOO well! Then my birthday arrived, and my sweet little second graders showed up with crack chocolate. I ate Hershey Cookies and Cream droplets for days. Not exactly the best breakfast. I digress.

Currently reading Half-Assesd: A Weight Loss Memoir and I'm totally in love. Be looking for my upcoming posts on grocery lists and meal plans.

I leave you with this. An empty plate of pizza rolls that I devoured.  That's how my diet week is going. :) just being honest! Hope y'all have a great rest of the week!

Weekly Goals

So I'm loving me some Operation Skinny Jeans right now! This girl is such an inspiration! She makes weekly and monthly goals for herself, and just ran her first mile! She is such an inspiration! I've decided to set a few weekly goals myself.

Goal One:
 Eat Breakfast every day this week

Goal Two:
 Do my hair every day! :)

So here's to a new week full of planning, tracking, and working towards my ultimate goal of losing 90 lbs!!

New Week New Plan

Anyone ever notice how you have the best of intentions and then something comes up (beer, cheeseburgers, French fries). You too tired, or too something to do the right thing? I have been like that for weeks! My motivation as been ZERO!!  I emailed one of my favorite bloggers a few weeks ago SkinnyMeg and she emailed me back with the best advice. PLAN EVERYTHING! She said to plan every bite, every meal, every step I'm going to take.

So that is my plan, to plan!!

 Breakfast - 2 pieces of 45 calorie toast (2 WW Pts)
                   2 TBSP Peanut Butter (5 WW pts)
                  Orange (0 WW pts)

 Snack -  Banana (0 WW pts)

Lunch - Walmart Salad

 Snack - Yoplait Yogurt (2 WW pts)

Dinner - Unknown still

So plan this week every bite and step you take and let me know how it works for you! My BFF comes into town Friday and I really need to lose those extra pounds before we pig out eat super healthy!
