Goal one:
Get moving!! I must workout for at least 30 minutes a day. This I have already accomplished this Monday morning by doing 2 miles on the treadmill. So at least I have one day down!
Goal two:
No more drinking my calories! Summer is almost over so the beer drinking must stop! (Just kidding) But for reelz I can't function like a normal human being and drink. I don't really drink in moderation.
Goal three:
Survive a week of vacation with a two year old! Isn't she adorable!?

Great goals! I'm taking a week off from DietBets and my goals are similar. I want to be able to indulge a bit, but I have to stay accountable and get those workouts in. I hear ya on the alcohol - I've basically given it up through this journey because I know, with the number I'd consume, the cals would add up and I wouldn't keep control of my eating. Good luck surviving the week with a 2-year-old - I have a permanent one and a walking 9-month-old - they are exhausting!!!
