Diet Bet Motivation

As I was catching up on blogs I came across Amber's talking about the Diet Bet she was joining along with Skinny Meg. I thought about it and then ate some chocolate. Then I weighed myself just for giggles and HOLY TOLITO!! I weigh A LOT! I knew I had gained some weight because my pants were getting tighter but I had no idea. That's when I realized this Diet Bet is exactly what I needed!

I must lose 9 pounds in the next 28 days to be able to split the pot! So here's my plan!

1. Eat within my calories everyday this week. I get 1500 so I need to make sure I don't go over that. 
2. Wear my fitbit tracker to keep track of my steps and make sure I get my 10,000 steps in a day. 
3. Drink water!!!

  1. I love DietBet! I'm in three right now and I have about $100 in my account from previous bets. I hope it motivates you like it did me! I know it's not a long-term solution, and it tends to make me go crazy after they end, but it is such good motivation and a great kickstart for that healthy lifestyle and habits I should be creating.
